From the time of my very first job in a greengrocers at age 14 until now, Martine realised that regardless of what we do, we relate and form relationships with others, WE as professionals are activated by others and at times they are very much activated by US, as we all experience the ‘other’ through our the lens of our own experience. In this mentorship we work on practical application of yoga in the context of mental wellbeing and the what the practitioner brings to the relationship, we therefore also focus on insight work, to enable practitioners to practice from a place of deep inner awareness and autheticity. When we as practitioners are in ‘Self’, being calm, confident, compassionate, clear, courageous, creative and we offer a true healing space.
